Man said missing from downstate likely in Northern Michigan



LEELANAU COUNTY, Mich. (WPBN/WTOM) On Saturday July 22, The Michigan State Police along with the Leelanau County Sheriff’s office recovered the vehicle of a women and men individual from Wyandotte, Michigan.
The vehicle was forward near the intersection of S. Schomberg Rd. and E. Hohnke Rd. in Solon Twp. of Leelanau Co. The missing individual was diagnosed as Christopher William Valentine (12/16/1976), who was last observed on July 14, 2017 in Wyandotte.
The vehicle was first ahead by the land owner roughly a week prior to reporting it to police. Valentine is believed to be in the area of Cedar, MI. All attempts to locate Valentine have failed and the Michigan State Police is now asking for the public’s advice in finding him.
Valentine is defined as a white male, six feet in hey weighing 160-170 pounds, short brown hair and blue eyes. His face is additionally unshaven and he wears glasses.
