Man pronounced lacking from downstate likely in Northern Michigan



LEELANAU COUNTY, Mich. (WPBN/WTOM) On Saturday July 22, The Michigan State Police along with the Leelanau County Sheriff’s office recovered the automobile of a missing individual from Wyandotte, Michigan.
The automobile was located near the intersection of S. Schomberg Rd. and E. Hohnke Rd. in Solon Twp. of Leelanau Co. The missing individual was identified as Christopher William Valentine (12/16/1976), who was last seen on July 14, 2017 in Wyandotte.
The vehicle was first forward by the land owner roughly a week prior to reporting it to police. Valentine is believed to be in the area of Cedar, MI. All makes an attempt to locate Valentine have failed and the Michigan State Police is now asking for the public’s assistance in locating him.
Valentine is defined as a white male, six feet in hey weighing 160-170 pounds, short brown hair and blue eyes. His face is additionally unshaven and he wears glasses.
